8-31-20 VISITED SITE. EMPLOYEES DID HAVE MASKS ON BUT NOT UP OVER MOUTH AND NOSE. SOME CUSTOMERS WITHOUT MASKS ALSO. TALKED TO THE MANAGER, PAUL HEMEDINGER. HE SAID HE WILL MAKE SURE HIS STAFF WEARS THE MASKS PROPERLY. HE HAS HAD A DIFFICULT TIME WITH CUSTOMERS GETTING ANGRY WHEN ASKED TO WEAR A MASK. IT WAS DISCUSSED TO REMIND CUSTOMERS THIS IS A NEIGHBORHOOD STORE AND EVERYONE NEEDS TO FEEL SAFE WHEN IN THE STORE. IT IS ONLY A FEW MINUTES THEY ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR THEIR MASKS. HE AGREED THIS APPROACH WOULD BE HELPFUL AND HE WILL TRY IT OUT.
9-1-20 TALK TO THE COMPLAINANT AND SHE APPRECIATED THE CALL BACK WITH MY FINDINGS. 9-1-20 COMPLAINT CLOSED. |
